Percorso Ripasso Acinatico includes, after the visit to the local vineyards, an accurate description of the territorial variables with particular attention to the different origins of the soil. It follows the visit of the withering local, the vinification and the barrel room with particular attention to the different kinetics of dehydration of grapes and biochemical phenomena arising therefrom; you will learn how you can get from the same vineyard the four classic wines of Valpolicella: Valpolicella Classico, Valpolicella Ripasso, Amarone and Recioto.

 At the end, in the cozy tasting room or on the terrace, you can taste VALPOLICELLA CLASSICO, VALPOLICELLA RIPASSO, AMARONE ACINATICO and RECIOTO combined with a tasting of cheese and salami.
