di Amarone "il Fornetto"
Distillation
practice
The grapes skins, at the end of alcoholic fermentation, are sent to a reputable distillery and distilled by a traditional discontinuous process. The method is performed using a traditional discontinuous steam copper still.
The phlegm is revised back into the process to obtain an exceptional quality product. The slow ageing, at least 6 years in oak barriques, results in a rounded product with a great level of pleasantness.
