Oenological
practice
Ripasso Il Fornetto has been made in some years only. It’s made with the traditional technique called “repassing” which let the wine take color, flavor and body.
Tasting
notes
Intense ruby red in color. It is able to surprise with its fully-developed smell, high sensation of fruits under spirits and black pepper. In the mounth is very power in the beginning, then the smoothness of mature tannins conveys cozy and velvety feelings. At the end a little acid perception makes Ripasso so long in the taste.

It matches well with white and red meet grilled or boiled and aged cheeses
